The world of Farhaven is made up of several planes of existance.
They are relative to each other as shown:
AS - Astral Plane (the fabric of the universe, holds the planes together)
PM - Prime Material Plane (similar to Earth, where adventurers begin play)
AB - Abyss (a chaotic evil plane where the demons have been banished)
9H - The Nine Hells (the lawful evil home of devils and the dukes of hell)
It is possible that many planes have yet to be discovered!
